If I had any complaints about school, it was that the deadlines didn’t ever seem to be enough. We would be given projects that would have a one/two month deadline and I would sit there like a little bitch, crying…. looking back now I see that we were given more then enough time… in fact I would like to have a petition signed that would make the teachers by law give the students no more then a week per project.
But enough reminiscing, recently I got a call to redesign an iPad app (I don’t know the name yet) the only catch was that it was due the next day! So 4 extra large Tim Horton cups of coffee and 10 hours later I was finished. I hope I don’t have to point out which one is the original and which one I redesigned… if you feel like I should point it out, then please click HERE
I wasn’t given complete freedom with the design, because of how far it was in it’s development I was asked to keep the layout pretty much the same. So I wasn’t allowed to move things around, even though I really wanted to… hopefully when it’s time for an app update I’ll be given the chance to completely redesign it, with more time of course.
